How it works
When you make a payment through our service, the money is first transferred to us using your debit card. We use a trusted payment gateway that allows you to pay the amount in USD, so that you don't have to gamble on the conversion rate your bank will be providing. Usually the money arrives the next day after the payment. Once we convert it to Belarusian rubles, we pay the university directly, providing all the necessary details to ensure the payment is correctly recorded in their system. This way, you don't have to worry about currency exchanges or missing information—everything is handled securely and efficiently on your behalf.

We believe in full transparency when it comes to fees. Our service charges a fixed 6% commission on top of your payment amount. This fee covers:
Payment fees
We work with trusted payment providers to ensure secure, fast, and hassle-free transactions. The payment system is charging a fee for transferring money from your card to the bank account.
Exchange rate
We process transactions in USD for your convenience, but Belarusian universities only accept payments in Belarusian rubles. This means we have to convert the money back to BYN using the central bank's exchange rate, which always differs from the rates we get.

The entire process step-by-step
Email confirmation
First step is for you will be to basically verify your email address. You will need to enter your email, and then enter the code that we send there. We will be using the email to notify you about the status of your payment.
Payment info
Once the email is confirmed, you will have a window where you should chose the university and the subject of your payment. Next you should enter your contact and personal information (so that the university knows who is the student paying), and add the amount you would like to pay.
Payment
Enter your payment information and proceed with the payment. If the payment is unsuccessful, find the most common reasons here. If it has been more than 48 hours after the payment and you haven't got any response from our team, please email us at payhelp@in-belarus.com.
